NINE is mighty FINE!

Brittany's FUN birthday celebrations
(She likes to stretch them out over a few days)
Golfing with Dad
(Pap-paw is SO proud)
Driving the cart was the highlight

Cutest 2some on the course
(WOW, what a good looking pair!)

Finally...an IPOD
We don't know how much she slept that night...too much rockin' out
You know, she is the only 9 yr. old on the planet that didn't have one

Longest spanking machine EVER
her backside was actually sore

Brittany is not a fan of birthday cake, so instead
Birthday Brownies

Some friends 'flip-flopped' on over for a birthday bash.
They all made the most darling flip-flops!

Happy Birthday, Brittany
We love you!
Our lives have been immensely blessed for the past 9 years because of you. We are proud of the person you are, the choices you make, and the example you set.
May you continue to know how special you are!

Paige's new hardware

The CAST
Her doctor did not want to put a waterproof cast on Paige, because they are supposedly less stable, and the elbow needs to be completely immobile...blah, blah, blah, blah, blah

Mom listened to their reasoning calmly, and then threw my 'mommy-fied' hissy fit...

A 6 year old at beginning of the summer who plays in the water everyday (let's not forget shower), mind you playing in the water is about the only summer activity she can still participate in since bike, trampoline, scooter, t-ball, swing set playing are ALL out. Please, oh PLEASE you can't possibly do that to ME, i mean her!

Hallelujah, they heard me, really felt my pain or at least wanted me to stop talking...(i prefer to believe the first few reasons, others beg to differ, though)

WHATEVER...Paige has a WATERPROOF cast

and boy, what a cast it is

NEON CAMO

This thing can be spotted around the block. Anyone is WELCOME to come over and sign her cast. We are hoping the more signatures, the less of a statement the color itself with make.
She is VERY proud of her new hardware.

Favorite quote from Paige, "Man, A LOT of people ask a LOTS of question to you when you have a cast." She is LOVING the attention!

Happy DADDY's day

Breakfast in bed
Made by the girls, and served on our RED plate, no doubt
Love the scrambled eggs and banana face...anyone hungry?!?
The girls arranged Dad's Loot
(had to have proof, I guess)
We love you, DADDY!
We are so grateful for you and all you do for us.
We are lucky to have you as OUR daddy
Our Father's day was complete with a visit to the doctor's office and x-rays for
Paige's broken elbow
falling off your bike and landing square on your elbow= NO fun
Still trying to determine how she feels about it!

Date Night

Activity Days-Father's Day Activity
Daddy Daughter Prom
(I know, I know...all of you wish your girls could be in our Activity Days group.
Our leaders are TOP NOTCH, they do amazing things and the girls LOVE it!
Thank you Maria, Stephanie, Stacy and Jill)
Daddy picking up his date,
and getting his infamous boutonniere,
no Prom is complete without one.
Good looking group, I'd say!
What an awesome date night!
Mom is jealous.
They even learned how to ballroom dance,
and dad says those skills will NEVER be used again...Bummer :(

The CARN-Y is in town...

and these are the cutest 'Carn-y Rats' I found!Ready for Action

Roller Coaster ...of Love ;)
Brittany, Paige, Caroline
Cousins Sydney and Bella
Up, up and away
Basketball Prize

She's got a ticket to ride

Thank goodness Sydney offered to go with the girls.
I'm not a huge fan of going in circles and I HATE heights,
so the Ferris wheel and Mom would not have made a good combo.
Thank you Sydney!
Look close...Caroline had her hands up the whole time.
She also had the seat rocking with Dad's help.
Loved it!
We LOVE Art City Days!

Locks of Love, baby!!!

This girl was so excited to cut her hair.
As if you couldn't tell from her perm-a-grin!
Her excitement only grew when Cheri got 3 ponytails from her hair.
Paige loved the concept of Locks of Love, so away the ponytails went,
to become 1 1/2 wigs as Paige likes to proclaim.
Camera died before I got an after shot..You get the idea...CUTENESS!!!

She worked hard to receive her award
Miss Independent

The Preschool Graduate

Introducing the Class of
2021
Paige's Kindergarten Class

Paige and Mrs. Arroyo
We could not have had a better teacher for Paige
She was A-mazing
Tell everybody, She's on her way to
First Grade

P.S. Brittany is moving on up to 4th grade. Just don't have any pictures to prove it. She had a wonderful year and her teacher Mrs. Manning was (as Brittany refers to her) a
Rock Star

Our Dancing Queen

Please no more photos, really people the show must go on...
Caroline and her buddy Sydney right before SHOWTIME Showing true emotion through dance
(Action shot of the crying part of 'Oops, I did it again number)
Acknowledging her fans with her infamous
'I got my eyes on you' gesture

After the show
Her fans were instructed to bring flowers
Anything for you, Dancing Diva
Seriously, could she be any cuter?
(I know I am biased, but PLEASE!)

Me and My girls

Happy Mother's Day
I am so blessesd to be the mother of these 3 fun loving, drama infected, 'so cute you want to squeeze them', patience building, diva darlings. I thank my Heavenly Father daily for entrusting these 3 special daughters of His into my care. I also pray daily for His help in raising them to know that they are just that...Daughters of God!

Not ALL hospital food is bad

Especially when you can share a blue popsicle with Papa,
given to us by Nurse Nesha (aka Cousin Nesha) The girls visiting Papa in the hospital.
Believe it or not, they were way more excited to see their Papa
(he'd been in ICU, no kids allowed), than they were to have the popsicle.
You know our Papa is pretty high on our favorites list.
We Love our Papa!

Something's missing?

Precious Paige
Lost her 2 front teeth on the same day
Tooth Fairy had to really 'pay up'
Her excitement for being toothless is tangible.
True Paige fashion...mighty CUTE!

That's my Girl!

Activity Days
Mother's Day Celebration
I sure love this girl. She is growing up so quickly,
and becoming quite the young lady.
(But, boy can we have our 'moments')
Her kindness towards others (sisters not always included)
is one of the many qualities I admire in her.
My Brittany, My Girl!
